Elaine Brewer-White is a lover of art, humour and humanity. She is married to actor/Cirque du Soliel clown, Gordon White and with him, also teaches and performs improv and humor-thinking workshops. Elaine began her creative path studying drawing with a minor in theatre at U. of Calgary . She later graduated in ceramics at the Emily Carr College of Art and Design in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Elaine has been sculpting in clay for over 25 years and her work is has been shown and sold in public and private galleries across Canada and the USA. Her art resides in corporate and private collections world- wide, from Vancouver to London to Hong Kong. Elaine has built an international commission clientele with a wide-ranging focus: from family murals to young-at-hearts on classic motorcycles, to beloved pets on lounge chairs - her skill in interpreting these cherished subjects with honor, laughter and light. Currently, Elaine is focused on her commission work, and her new series, 'The Peculiars. She occasionally creates shows for public and private galleries
